We collect the information you provide to us during initial enquiries and meetings through delivery of our service to billing and payment. You may provide this information in a number of ways including on paper and online, by email, telephone and face-to-face. Will my information be shared with others?

At Neuk Interior, we provide a personable and comprehensive design service. To allow us to achieve this, we use third party contractors, including builders, joiners, electricians, decorators & soft furnishing makers. We will only share the minimum amount of data needed for them to fulfil our contract with you, for example your name and address so they may undertake work at your
house. Neuk Interiors also have to meet legal obligations as part of our business function, which includes sharing your information with Her Majesties Revenue and Customs (HMRC) as part of our annual tax return.

How long do we keep your information?

Neuk Interiors only keeps your information for the minimum time necessary for us to deliver our service to you and meet our audit requirements. We are required by law to hold your information for 5 years.
